I've never heard of Daging Smoor but that seems and looks delicious. o.o

Actually looking at it on google images, it reminds me a bit of rendang, an indonesian recipe!

Breakfast: french toast (3 eggs, 3 pieces of toast) with 3 strips of bacon on the side.

Lunch: a fiber-infused cereal such as raisin brand to keep things moving

Dinner: Hamburgers (organic beef) with pickles, tomatoes, grilled onions, lettuce
wash it down with an elixir of metamucil to ensure daily bowel function

Whoops, it's rendang. Daging Smoor is when you add a lot of ketjap manis to it :p

VERNAL VINAIGRETTE why not include more fruits, veggies, beans, and nuts into your diet so there is no need for things like metamucil? xD
