Joined 12/7/2012 but maybe I just didn't pay attention to that stuff then. I was too busy losing most early games.

Heh, I remember when Pulsey was around often. Kinda sad how the forums have become due to the lack of discussions to talk about. Now it's mostly clan or ladder/league related stuff.

@Gojirra: Clans were unofficially a thing for some time before the Clans update. That's where all the clan tags (like "[WG]" or the classic apex tag) came from.
Actually, the first three Clan Leagues happened before the Clans update. By the time you'd joined- not only were there already Clans, there was already a second season of the Clan League.

Yes - I would classify 'old' players as those that were active before the official clan system, or maybe before warlight 2.0, or is that the same thing?
What have you old timers been up to in the last few years?
I moved to Australia in 2015 - finished my high school there, got my first job, got my residency, currently studying law at the University of Sydney.

2.0 came out 07/31/2013. Clans was 2.2. The big thing in 2.0 was levels and achievements.
Since 2013, I've married twice (8 kids! 0.25 if you go by custody, though), bought a German shepherd (named him Rex), and switched firms. Now working part-time at a 7/11 making that insane [REGL] Pooh money- bank account's finally gonna hit $15 after all these years. Life's changed quite a bit.

I am the futherst from the old guard but this days a lot of the community switched to discord :)
At least that is my opinion :P
