Flash keeps crashing on me when I try to edit a map
I haven't seen this. Crashing how? What error message do you get? What browser?
black dot is not visible if player has smokey black color (webpage dashboard, it has different color in app)

When i'm waiting on a qm game, i can open another game while i'm still on the queue which is good. But then when i close the open game by going back, i see the waiting for a game window again. Since today i can't leave it anymore so i have to restart the app to access the game which started. Hope it's understandable what i tried to say
Not sure I follow. Are you talking about RT or MD? Are you talking about having two copies of the app open at once? Without having two copies open, you can't easily switch to another game while in the RT queue. Maybe you can tell me step-by-step what you're clicking on or show screenshots so I can understand.
When updating from the 64bit standalone version could it download the 64bit version again, instead of the 32bit version?
I agree that would be ideal. But honestly the only reason I never wrote that feature is because I don't believe that anyone should need the 64 bit version for anything. The only reason I've ever seen someone need it is due to working around memory leaks in the app, but now hopefully all memory leaks should be fixed in this version. If you have a reason to still use 64 bit, let me know what it is.
Really need to save settings in Unity desktop client. I keep having to turn off sounds/music, grouping deployments and moves, etc.
They should save automatically. If they aren't please file a bug and let me know if you're talking about the Windows, Mac or Linux desktop app.
Also, it is a little annoying to have to enter history to identify a territory (post picking) if you want to see connections and bonuses.
Use the magnifying glass in the upper left corner.
Would also be nice to have a player setting for starting at beginning every time you enter history (most of the time I just want to see warlord locations)
That should be how it works already. How are you entering history? Since you didn't specify, I assume you're doing it the manual way (Game -> History button), that should automatically show you the first turn in the latest version of the app.
