A better way to go about this would be to not limit potential ladder partners to a specific gender and age range. There are a lot of perfectly nice people in this game who have a lot of experience and knowledge to pass on who would be happy to work with players looking to improve.

Strangers on warlight don't say "grow some balls" or "don't be a pussy" on warlight. They drag a game out until you get mad and then quit.

The age range is pretty wide open but I don't think the girl to guy ratio is stellar around here. Especially on strat. Not as far as I can tell.
