There are currently 55 states in Africa, and if you are talking about before that then i can say white man destroyed it all.

The borders of most African countries are drawn after the decolonisation. They are artificial and cause race and language problems. Corrupt politcians and terrorists are being funded and armed by the west. Poor farmers are being exploited by corporations to allow African goods being cheaper than European goods in Europe.
Last but not least the climate and lack of need to start agriculture caused African tribes to be less technologically advanced than Europe in former times.

For most parts the west caused the havoc in Africa, not the Africans themselves.

Look, it's not right for that land to be taken away because the sins of those white farmers ancestors are not their own. Then why do you judge people based off of their race? "Black people" doesn't mean anything on an individual basis, you can say "Most blacks" but that doesn't really mean anything either. When you live in a liberal western democracy, being a member of the nation is the only collective that matters in an objective sense.

Yes they did get some help but most of their progress was developed by themselves. The same applies to China, Singapore, Czech Republic, etc. Crying doesn't help. Work does.

Africa could rebuild too if it wasn't being dragged down by the west for centuries.

Blacks are basically consuming resources that should have been used more efficiently and at the same time keeping resources in Africa and the Caribbeans from ever being utilized. There is so much unused fertile land in Africa that should have been farms but because of black negligence they just gather dust. There are so many nice islands in the Caribbeans that should have been turned into resorts.

Do you have a garden? Because if so, it should be converted into a farm.
