This week, the line-up for the second Grand Slam of the year (Biomes of America) was confirmed, with the last two slots being taken by Texx and Jackie Treehorn, whilst tornado became the first quarter-finalist in the Masters 1000 Strategic Greece tournament.


The only new entrant to the top 16 this week was Vaups, who won the only completed tournament this week, taking down the 250 series on Fast Earth by beating 7ate9 in the final.

Some big points for the top-ranked players this week - Timinator picked up 360 points for becoming the first finalist on Biomes - the second Grand Slam of the year, whilst whilst CraZy reached the final (vs malakkan) on Battle Islands V - the first Masters 1000 of the year.

Several 250 tournaments finished this week - congratulations to Min34 for beating alexclusive in the Pangea Ultima tournament finale, 7ate9 for defeating rakleader on Cosmo Land and 7ate9 (again!) for winning out against Aika on Master Mania.

Not too much change this week, with only a handful of games completed. Top scorer for the week actually sits just outside the top 16 - the bulk of Phaeril's points came from becoming the first semi-finalist on the Strategic Greece Masters 1000 tournament.

Top scorer from within the top 16 was the very charming, very handsome Dom365, mainly thanks to a run to the final of the 500 Series on Poland, where he will face tornado.

Two tournaments finished this week; congratulations to Octanello (in his first tournament of the year) who beat ps-ews in the final on Lampuria Swap and JV who beat current #1 rakleader on Oxfordshire (both 250 series).

I’m looking forward to burying the very charming, very handsome Dom365 into the luscious Polish grounds.

Top-scorer of the week is CraZy, who takes down the first Masters 1000 tournament of the year, beating malakkan in the final.


That was the only completed tournament this week, although Wini reached the final to face vicnus in the Macedonia (500 series) tournament, and psinoza reached the Semis of the Strategic Greece Masters 1000 tournament.
