Top scorer this week is a re-entry to the top 16 - Forsaken hadn't been since in the top 16 since April, but he reappears at a crucial time - most of his points came from becoming the first person to reach the Semis of the British Raj Grand Slam.

alexclusive picked up 260 points, with three notable ongoing runs - to the Quarters of the British Raj Slam, the final of Hannibal at the Gates and the Semis of Aseridith Islands (both 250 series).

Timinator is the topscorer this week with 290 points - predominantly after becoming the first player into the Semis of the Great Lakes Masters 1000 tournament.

tornado gained 220 points, including beating Saleen147 in the 500 Series Unicorn Island final.

Elsewhere, Enkeveh picked up the Hannibal at the Gates 250 Series, with victory against alexclusive in the final.

The season is almost over, wow! Such a close one this year, both at the top and also near the bottom of the top 16. Every point counts!

Well it's taken a long time - almost a full twelve months - but tornado has finally resumed his usual position at the top of the rankings, but he's been pushed all the way this year! He's picked up a whopping 1,220 points since the last update (which would put him in the top 30 for the whole season on it's own!), which is comfortably the highest, and picked up a major tournament, defeating UsualSuspect in the final of the Masters 1000 Volcano Island event, whilst being edged out by Mathematician in the Blitzkrieg Bork 500 Series final.

It's tight at the bottom - Wini is the only new entrant to the top 16, but with only 5 points between positions 15, 16, 17 and 18 respectively, just one win could be vital in securing qualification!

And just like that, we're off and running for the 2026 edition!

2025 Review
As we begin the 2026 season, it's time to look back at the 2025 majors, and see how qualification for the Tour Finals is shaping up!

Grand Slams
rakleader was the dominant force in the Slams this year, and opened up with a maximum point showing in January's Strat 1v1 (New Ladder) showing, defeating tornado in the Final. Timinator and K-Pott reached the Semis. The second Slam of the year saw the INSS specialists come to the fore, competing on Biomes of America where Timinator took victory, defeating 7ate9 (who deleted his account later on in the summer) in the final. Jackie Treehorn and Texx completed the final four line-up. Once again, rakleader reigned supreme on the third Slam of the year, beating Naviiso in the Georgia Army Cap final, with tornado and TR-8R reaching the Semis. The last Slam of the year, on British Raj, is still in progress; Forsaken and dry-clean-only are the only confirmed Semi-finalists thus far.

Masters 1000
Some new faces shone this year in the Masters events, starting with CraZy taking the first title, beating malakkan on Battle Islands V. Enkeveh and sb had their stand-out performances early on, both reaching the Semis. Aika took the second Masters title, this time on French Brawl, with malakkan once again losing out in the final. nickpugs3 and Timinator completed the final four. May's event, on Strategic Greece, was won by Phaeril, who beat psinoza in the final. Another 'P', Poldi, joined them in the last four, as did tornado. Aika emerged victorious again from the Turkey Local Deployment Masters event, taking down Phaeril in the final, as they were joined by Widzisz and DH (his only tournament of the year) in the Semis! Elitist Africa 3.0 was the setting for the next Masters event, with Naviiso picking up victory here after getting past Mr.Carpenter in the final - Poldi and Phaeril were again in the last 4. tornado's only (so far!) major victory this year came after defeating UsualSuspect in the Volcano Island tournament; criba86 and Timinator were the others to gain (at least) 5 wins. The last two Masters events are still running - Timinator and tornado are the first two Semi-finalists on Great Lakes, whilst December's Timid Land tournament hasn't got that far yet.
