Dingleberry's top 3 are pretty much spot on, just wrong order. Here's how I would round out the top 5:

Yes, so much!

Although, knowing all of these and having played with or against all of them as well as all other good or great players of the last 5 years, I would say:

Heyheuhei: yes, consistent bulk winning
TeddyFSB: yes, ladder top 10 in every year 2011-2014 and multiple great seasonals, very underrated player
Blue Precision: no, great and really friendly player, but not better than me and I'm not an all-time top 10 player.
The Impaller: maybe, but mainly ladder 1v1 in the olden days. When he returned, he was rusty.
Duke: no, he was good, but not better than The Impaller for example.

It's difficult to compare skill over time though. There are many players who play great for a few weeks or months, but then disappear, are they really top 5 all time in that case? Longetivity should play a role as well.

People like Heyheuhei, TeddyFSB, Szeweningen, Timinator, dead piggy, mod, gui, timon92, Yeon check these boxes for me, but I may be forgetting several others.

I don't mean to be a dick, these players are just, in my eyes, the best players of all time. That's merely one persons opinion though!

Eh, I'd personally say I am as good or better than 3 of those 5 (ie. not Teddy or HHH, I feel they are better than me, the other 3 I'd expect to beat over 50% of the time). They're all good, just not really anything near top 5 other than Heyheuhei IMO. I'd consider myself maybe a top 100 player, if that, so 3 of them being worse than me really speaks as to how far they are from being top 5.

My opinions are based on how good those players were in the years 2011-2013 for some context and I am in no way saying i'm right! I'm very much probably wrong, outside of Heyheuhei whom I think is the best player of all time.

I rate HHH highly, but if making a top 5 list I'd probably pick something like Gui, Szeweningen, Myhandisonfire, Dead Piggy, and Latnox perhaps. There's many people one could substitute in or out of such a list with it remaining fairly sensible though.

Blue Precision and Duke I`ve never had the honour to play or see playing as far as I remember.

TheImpaller was one of the strongest players when she was actively playing. I believe she came back later and didn`t perform too well. I think she is a very strong player, but how strong exactly I don`t know. Maybe if she came back and played long enough to shake of the rust we can see, but right now I wouldn`t put her on the list.

Whats with the fascination of the 'old guard fascination'? Its not just WL... look at sports like soccer... everyone saying maradona or cantona is better than Messi and Ronaldo... no they're not.

Lol, Daryl wasn't even serious with his post yet everyone jumps at him. I mean he just listed some names that were top around 2011 because that's what he remembers and propably wasn't even active since then. He never said those are "better than Buns or MoD".

No but now I'm butthurt and I must rant about it like everyone else.

In terms of skill I would definitily say white death since he virtually is invincible. In terms of effect on the game i would either say fizzer or Incaman (the guy who made RoR and crusades map).
