with all things in life, I follow the philosophy of buddha in the sense of the middle path. When you come to terms with the subjectivity of reality you can only realize that extremes are the reality. Such is a paradox of the philosophy ; once you realize the subjectivity, you come to terms with the 2 absolutes of any matter, yet you must seek the moderate road between the 2 absolutes, which is by far the greatest endeavor one could go upon.
Sometimes it is about aligning with what you truly believe, sometimes it is not aligning. Sometimes it means defending what you despise, others it means shitposting.
In any event, you must decide what is the most reasonable option to tend to the middle path.
regarding the OP comic, it is reflective of our modern political climate yes.
You have the left which offers no remorse, encourage elitism and despises the uninformed, and in the process, spawns the uninformed to be their pets.
The contrast is a right-wing willing to educate but many times have a skewed bias towards the right which almost propagandizes an uninformed, willing individual. Either absolute is quite bonkers to be truthful!
