Afaik, you get into Division F if you're on of the first 7 new clans to do so. Idk, though, I don't seriously expect the wacos to compete since it'll just be DARKLORDS again.

No, wacos would be infinitely better than Darklords. Wacos are an active troll clan who will try, Darklords are an inactive placeholder clan that didn't try. Big difference.
