Tell me, is it worth getting the mega strategy pack or premium?

Not really, because you pretty much unlock everything from the Mega Strategy pack once you're level 53 or 54, but memberships are nice and have got a couple perks (that you can't unlock without a membership.)

So can i finally enter ladders when i'm level 50 something, or do i need the pack to do that?

yep, all non-member items get unlocked by 56

Of course, we have to actually put forth the effort and reach those levels...

Beh, winning points is easy; it doesn't even matter really. Play lottos and ffas if you really want to level up fast (all played up MD).

I'll just slowly rack up boot wins in crappy team games until I can join the 2v2 ladder.

A lottery is a consensual gamble. Luck determines the winner, and everyone knows this before taking part.

Stalling is an abuse of the ladder system to artificially inflate your ladder rating. This results in negating one of the primary objectives of a ladder, which is to rank the players by skill level.

It's not really worth buying anything apart from a membership at this point. Well, maybe a clan, if you have an interesting idea and are sure that it will not die within the first months of its existence. As it has been said, you can unlock everything if you level up a bit. It's not that hard and just takes a bit of time. You can easily go up 43 levels in five days (that's what I once did to unlock custom scenarios). Lotteries are probably the easiest way, unless you find a template with very specific settings which makes you win more than 50% of the time.

Some people frown upon this kind of stuff, but it's not really a problem. Don't like lotteries? Hide them and act as if they weren't here. Not much of a big deal, really.

You could always level up but on the other hand if you lazy you will be helping fund warlight so either way, if you have the money to spend I don't see what's stopping you.
