They already had a clan off in clan league 7, and they'll have another in clan league 8.

Maybe Clan league works the same, but I was thinking more like 4 players from each clan playing against each other in a set of 1v1s. Something like that. Knyte came up with a model for clan v clan challenges in another thread too, so maybe something like that.

I would say just make an 8 player RR, and when it's 2 members from the same clan they can just play for fun. Add up all the wins, jobs a gooden :)

Turtles would stand a better chance against Masters in 1v1's and some select 2v2 templates but overall Masters would have an edge over Turtles...... Would be interesting and with players of this skill level, anything can happen in a game. Turtles could get hot and win the clan off yet get totally dominated by Masters in clan league. It all depends on the given game.

My feeling is that Masters would come out on top. (Perhaps we should ask MAster Turtle who I am certain to be in both clans :P )

Thing is though, in Clan League, it is not everybody vs everybody, you can have fewer players in your roster than an opposing team, and if focus and time are not issues, a smaller team can still come out ahead of a larger team, all things but skill and size equal.

@Hysterical- game count is 3 this year not 4 so it favors the deeper teams.
Also CL is not a clan vs clan it is a clan round robin; MT is right we are all much better 1v1 players with the occasional 2v2, masters are much deeper than us though so the set up would be a big determining factor.
edit: I think this would be something fun to entertain when CL8 starts to finish up...so a hella long time away xD

Poor logic and rude Semi. I've beaten Jz like 8-9 (out of X times). I've also beaten MoD twice, out of X times. I've never beaten MotD, does that mean he's the best? No.

Also, Dan is still much better than you, so I see no room to call him a bad player, even though he's been relatively inactive compared to most of the turtles over the past 6 months.
