Aye, we are talking about that right now, but the context he was saying it in is weird; was he talking about his clan or lineup? We made it very clear that no alts are permitted in lineups so would anyone be dumb enough to own up to it? I sense just a misunderstanding.

EDIT: I looked at their roster. They are definitely using 1, and quite likely 2 (as he said) alts. Their tournaments haven't started so my call is immediate replacements for them, and if they are unable to provide, then auto-losses on the tournies which they are using them on.

Wait... If I put an alt in say CORP, would that be against the rules as long as I'm not playing with another account?

Clans' rosters just can't contain elite alts whose main accounts are active in/compete for other clans. Otherwise we'd have a lot of ladder top 50's from non-RP clans just winning this every season.

Basically, it's not about who can attract the best alts.

Alts are not allowed at all, so you would need to join the clan and play with Benjamin628 account.
For example Ackbar90 would not play for Wolves even if I wasn't on CORP roster.

There could be some exceptions, like for example Onoma having the ability to participate for Wolves, but there would be too many complications. It might be lighter later on, but to avoid confusion, right now it is a blanket ban.

I am sorry guys, i didn't know alts weren't permited. As you see i said it so that all you could read it. I have informed and there is 1 alt, its obvious which one is. I'll talk with the organizer and we will change it for another player.

We allow alts to participate in our internal tournaments so we thought they were permited here too. Clan Español is quite new in this clan competitions.

My other acount is Dauti. and is no clan. i have been in clan Español for some mounts now. When i join Optimum i leave this acount in clan Español to keep in contact with español. i can join with the other acount but i dont see any Difference.

ok. but with that rule no one with 2 or more acounts, regardless levels or in which clan they are, just cant play this tournament. because this is my main acount in Spanish Clan. im pretty sure a lot of players have others accounts (probably higher level ones than mine) if both are active and high level how you determinate which one is allowed and which one no?

Since that is your alt, how about I move my alt from FAG to Darklords and change my jwilly profile pic to the CORP icon for a month if I lose. Also, I'll make a thread where I insult every minority so that Angry Koala attacks me!!

If we switch to that, I'll drop the " none of my accounts can be in CORP ever again" clause since knyte's in an empty clan anyway (and I'm actually way more active on this account; knyte's just taking turns in a bunch of diplos).

So let's make it simpler: winner gets to set the loser's profile picture (on the account of the winner's choice) to whatever they want (can't be obscene/etc. obv.), and they have to keep it for a month.
