None of the mentioned players has a chance in my opinion even if they won the rest of their games. JV has two losses that are against lower-rated players than Master Jz. MoD and TWC have too many losses. This thing is locked. ; )
But JV does have a win against Master Jz. So the loss that drags him down, also drags Master Jz down a little bit. Not sure if he would actually be able to get first with 4 wins alone and it may also depend on results of remaining open games by previous opponents both from Master Jz and JV. Suppose all of Master Jz's opponents lose all their remaining games and all of JV's win theirs, he would probably get in first. BayesELO is somewhat unpredictable in all that.
Still, a very unlikely scenario with a 100 point bonus but unlikely is not the same as impossible.
