I used the code... number to letter, and then go back 1 letter in the alphabet i.e. number minus 1, and that corresponding letter in alphabet, and it comes out as STRN BACK. Hence why I thought meant to be TURN BACK?

^Not important tbh.. it's decoded now. Can we not just go back?

As you walk back, you feel a presence looming right above you. You turn around and see an impeding figure, downcast upon you. You lose your footing on a rock, and fall into the snow.

The figure stands above you, imposing its superiority and power. You would feel it inspecting you from head to foot. You faint.

You walk towards a looming figure. The forest branches impede your way, you chase it ceaselessly, you cannot seem to stop. There is nothing to stop you in your pursuit, you continue to run, run and run, sprinting through the thorns, the stones and gravel.

You awake covered in snow. You can barely move your body. Your limited visual range tells you that you are at the entrance to the Mountain top.

You shout for help, screaming at the top of your lungs:

Let today be done with! This is not real, this is not reality. I must wake up! This is all but a dream! This cannot be real!" In the midst of your quarrels, a cryptic silhouette approaches you. It appears somewhat tall, broad-shouldered. However, it lacks definition. The silhouette approaches further, and out appears what would seem to be a man. Ignoring the fact that his face is covered by what can only be described as a machination of a motorcycle helmet and a collection of grotesque teeth. The man approaches and looks down on your existence.
"Oh Don, you think yourself the clever one, but your intelligence lacks the knowledge of the true intelligence that has been lurking ever so long in the shadows, awaiting vengeance for your sins." The man say, only you can barely make out half of it and the rest is assumptions. Indeed, he talks in some guttural, garbled manner that's almost more animal than man. The man stabs you in the arm, pinning you further to the snow. You would feel your eyes flutter shut again.

You wake up in a chair, confined by locks and chains and ropes and gadgets and clamps and wood and pulleys. You seem to be sitting a small shack, which is very poorly lit. You can barely make out a star or 2 through the few cracks in the ceiling, likely caused by poor condition and little renovation. There is but a single light, as a matter of fact, that hangs very closely directly above your head, shining light in such a way that encompasses you in light, leaving you exposed for the dark's delightful eyes to eat up your soul.
