Any holy roman empire maps? It be great for diplomacy since there are lots of states of euqal proprotions and could balace things

Well, there are plenty of Roman maps that just include all of Europe. I know there's one with 1 bonus per territory but I can't find it. Otherwise, there's https://www.warlight.net/Play?PreviewMap=33722 of course.

I had tried twice, once in 2013 and once in 2014. The latter was the closest to finishing but I didn't like it, so I abandoned it:

@NinjaNic The Holy Roman Empire and Roman Empire are very different.

Indeed. One was a powerful, unified country with massive political influence and declined, while the other was a powerful, unified country with massive political influence and declined.

I suggest using zxc's Thirty Years War for that. It's actually pretty good.

If you want single territory bonuses, Occasus Universalis is it.

HRE map of 1273 or a map of all territories that has ever been part of the HRE would be a great addition.

of course the rivers are not complete and islands are not added but this is just a rough sketch of the sort of thing I might make. Clearly it doesn't have Italy. And that is because the map I'm basing it off of is set in 1789.
