I understand why some people decide to put themselves down as the opposite gender, or as bisexual. And that seems reasonable.

What I don't like is when they create the most absurd and pointless things, such as:

Demiagender
Neutrois
Demigirl
Aliagender
Poligender

I mean, there can't be that many different versions of one's sexuality. Worse is a girl I saw at a Target. An employee walks up to her, and asks "can I help you with anything ma'am?"
Her reply "What's with this 'ma'am' label you put on me? I'm actually a genderfluid third gender demigirl. Watch what you say." and walks off in a huff.

The employee stands there for about half a minute, wondering what the heck she said. The employee then left, but muttered "what's next, hexagender?"

The people who say they are the aforementioned things, make up your mind.

I heard college kids came up with a gender identity that changes throughout the day.

AKA: Trying to please minorities by demonizing the majority.

These come with cute terms like:
"white privelige", in which you're part of racism because you're white.
"triggered". Although originally from PTSD, its now used to say when the person is frustrated with an opposing point of view.
"ConcernedStudent1950". A movement at a college where black students are protesting, for as far as I know, no reason. They jumped in front of the college president's car, and claimed he hit them. They demanded a certain percentage of non-white staff, students, and the resignation of the white college president.
"reparations". Black people want "slavery reparations" similar to the Holocaust.
"problematic" A minor issue which Social Justice blows to further demonize the majority
"cultural appropriation" Defending minorities by saying its racist to do anything or use anything from that culture if one is not a part of it. Such as if a white person decides to wear dreadlocks.

Having an unusual gender doesn't entitle anyone to being an asshole.

The point is that these genders are way too complex than they need to be, and I doubt demigirls really exist.

I've never met one. However I think I wouldn't of been able to take them seriously.

My sister once told me (I don't know if this was to be aimed at trans or these non genders) I should use the term "they" instead of gender pacific pronouns.

Example: if I want to call Genghis a cool guy "they is cool."

If want to call Loli strange "they is strange"

The idea of reparations was along before SJWs.

I think that's the dominant official style practice in English, to use they and their, even for singular. It's flibbergetic, but he is bad, for obvious grounds, (s)he and s/he and he/she are all bad, since it's a mouthful and not fully neutral, either (first is better, apparently).
