You can still keep coins if you are under 18, you just can't take them out.

Yeah, I wish I could do that, actually, because I believe it's the reason for which Fizzer isn't allowing me to have any alts at that point.

I've played some idiots who have bought coins...

I had the same with my alt (Math Wolf [2]). I simply mailed Fizzer and asked him to remove the coins from the alt. Two days later they were gone.

There should be stricter requirements to getting the 100 coin gift, I believe it's level 15 and you have to be over the age of 21. At least for my alt it did that. It doesn't make sense for newbies to have coins when they're most likely really bad at the game and will just lose it to other players.

18 or over is the age minimum.

I didn't use my coins, so i gave them all to Desert Fox to make his clan ;)

Just dont use them.
