Or maybe, comparing your trials and tribulations (having to deal with people who don't share your beliefs) to those of Jews living in Germany in the 1930s (who lost everything) is absurd and insensitive.

You think they were targeted specifically because they were Christian? Can you support that claim with evidence? It's more likely that they were killed because they were not Muslim (the 'right' kind of Muslim, that is) than that they were specifically Christian. One victim was a "very devout" Messianic Jew who knew one of the shooters personally (worked with him apparently). Colonel said that he'd be mad if his child was taught that people evolved from apes, and wct quoted a few people stating that people are apes. If wct wants to convince Colonel that people have evolved from apes then he should provide evidence then stating something over and over again through quotes.

And yes, if I did have serious doubts about whether cats belonged to that group or not, then I'd ask for evidence of that.
