Age of Empires series (my first game on PC was AoE2:Age of Kings ). Comand&Conquer Red Allert and other . I miss my Atari console too... (i had 2,but one was an Atari ).
But the games i miss most are my childhood games with my friends : hide and seek, the vampires,water and fire (similar to hot and cold ), the blind old woman, tomapan (game based on geographical knowledge)and many more...

My favourite games when I was growing up (and now) are the MOH series and COD series, back when they where WW2 and WW1 games. If you haven't played them I recommend you do.

Robotech : Battlecry
Civilization IV
Transformers on PS2 (armada version, not Michael Bay)

Robotech was so intense, so kickass. It's hard to play now as 15 minutes into it and my eyes start to well up.

Civilization IV was the birth of my interest in everything regarding history, government and leaders.

Transformers was just a downright fun game. I can't remember a whole lot about it. Collecting minicons and rekting decepticons was the best though. The boss levels were tough.

Heroes V had awful graphics. They had loads of detail, but the animation and art style were god-awful. Heroes III had less detail, but at least did not have laggy animations and monsters made out of paintings. Heroes II is the second best, maybe Heroes IV.
