Two players got booted simoltaneously and so they both advanced to the next round in the road to redemption. Game link: https://www.warlight.net/MultiPlayer?GameID=9600505

If you watched Fizzer AMA it was discussed there. Basically FIzzer is aware of the issue and (I presume) it will be fixed in the next update.

The only way he can beat me is by boot.

But how do you fix it? Give one a win (to avoid both dropping to loser bracket), with no turns taken?

Thats how it used to work but since this is happening in coin tourneys i bet thats where the problem is.

Coin games are required not to have any luck at all to make it legal. So if you just randomly advance one of them it becomes a luck based decision.

I think if a game ends because both players get booted they should both be excluded and give the RtR player a bye instead of an FFA
