Problem Solved. If the people I mailed respond to me, I'll just make an Elite Team :P
Teams are going to be re-randomized each round so it won't matter much just to kick things off.

Team 1: Blortis & Shyb & Master Turtle

This team looks really strong with all 3 players, particularly Master Turtle.

Team 2: Spike & lawm & Jefferspin

Also very strong, Spike is good, and lawm + Jefferspin are in Elitish clans, not much to say here.

Team 3: knyte & Jackie Treehorn & gimli

Knyte is a very good teammate, and strong at any combat, don't know much about the others.

Team 4: Phobos & [ROME]Year & Legend of the Phoenix

LoTp & Phobos are strong players.

Team 5: HankyPinky & The Shots & Jz

Two of the best AWF's on one team, this is in the top 6 teams for sure.

Team 6: Benjamin628 & Smileyleg & Math Wolf [2]

Arguably the strongest team with smileyleg and Math Wolf and kind of me xD

Team 7: Slater Juggernaut & yoda & Hera (EW)

Don't know much about these guys.

Team 8: Warlord Juggernaut & Earl Grey & Apollo

Same as Team 7

Team 9: Jplatt821 & mm3100 & Tom Cook

Jplatt and mm3100 are strong players.

Team 10: Cat Juggernaut & Kamakura & Des

Des beats me :(

Buns157 is very strong, as is Sabali. Do not know about Ameter.

Hades is very good. Hysterio and zappy are probably both good at 1v1, looking at their clan.

Ox and ppface are pretty strong players, and this team is in the top half.

3 AWFs. Stealth90 is particularly good at 1v1 & 3v3.

I know Jackie Treehorn is a great player (way above me) and recall gimli being good at EU3v3 as well.

Is this intended to work more like a ladder, where top players play top players? Or is the expectation that random teams will play random teams always, and there will just be a leaderboard of best players that results - but at any given time the top player could be paired with the bottom players against middle players?

Can you take me out of this? Thanks. I'd like to wrap up my games on this site so I can leave w/o letting down teammates.
