If you want the top active strategic clans based on average player quality, his list is spot-on. If you instead think that strategic clans should be judged based on their very best players, then add Illuminati, XS, M'Hunters, and VS to that list.

Maybe take out WM as they're basically dead.

As far as diplomacy, some clans like {rp} and {W.U.} are known for having players who can be expected to roleplay and play properly, allowing them to host particularly rich RP games.

Generally speaking, the clans concerned the most with reputation and politics tend to be the least functional and as a consequence have weak reputations. On top of that, you also tend to find that issue in clans with weak selectivity when they make no effort to improve their players in any way. Hence the DARKLORDS, Wolves, and now Mongols being seen as the worst of the worst because of the sort of player they welcome with open arms and the consequent member pool they end up with.

Colonel is a religious extremist, racist, antihomosexual, egocentric, liar, and the one who tarnished falcons and wolves reputation. For people who just joined the forum recently he is one of the worst troll ever (check his old threads), and the one putting clans into drama. He has been booted from his former clan (ask Thomas,why).

Well he doesn't have Manager Rights. So, looks like we're all clear.

Besides, if he pulls any crap I'll just kick him. Perhaps Mongols will be the example of other clans and we will get people like Colonel to be nice, respectful players. He may be arrogant, but I am at least 5x as arrogant of myself given the opportunity.

@Ayush: CORP is fine. We were just part of the leadership and we left for personal reasons. The clan is still functioning and we'd been replaced rather efficiently.

I'm missing Warlighters and AHOL still in this list although they might even be on the list PI himself they are for sure clans who fit this list as well
