Lost count of the original WGL series. Now that Warlight is in version 3.10 we are trying to restart the weekly live tournaments.

For those of you who are new to WGL, this is a weekly event hosted by experienced players. It usually consists of two LIVE tournaments, which will be broadcasted with in-depth analysis and commentary by some of the top Warlight players. The broadcast (stream) is hosted on twitch.tv

We try to play different settings every week. Here is a poll for the settings that will be used on saturday:

Times & Dates:

(1v1) - August 15th, 2014 - 12:00 US/Central // 18:00 GMT // 19:00 Continental Europe (GMT+1)

(2v2 or 3v3) - August 16th, 2014 - 12:00 US/Central // 18:00 GMT // 19:00 Continental Europe (GMT+1)

How to join:

The tournament will be created 30/45 minutes before it starts.

Everyone is welcome to join. We encourage all - experienced players and newbies alike.

Would love to participate tomorrow but can't. Hopefully I will on sunday. Think it's fun with live tournaments and it's always great when it's broadcasted and commentated. Will it be recorded also?

Great to see this come back, it has definitely been my favourite part of warlight and it kept me playing for nearly a year and a half when it used to run frequently. I won't be able to play for a while (holidays and whatnot) but I can't wait until I get back and can start playing frequently. I might be able to start commentating come October as well, should you guys need any additional helpers.

I would like to point out that everyone is in Summer Time, so what you just said was GMT you mean is what the time in the UK would be I think, when in actual fact is that it is GMT +1. Countdown timer is better to go off anyway.

I won't be competing tomorrow but i'll look if what the template is Sunday to possibly join then. Reason for not competing tomorrow is because i have to travel a bit in the bus at the time it is actually starting so can't really multitask that but will join the stream chat later ofcourse.

this is True since the timer ends for me at 19:00 local and that i am living in the GMT+2 timezone now because of the summer time, i know it is confusing to change that thing every 6 months again but just get used to the time it starts since that will stay the same actually (for EU at least i think)
