It might as well be purchasable only. To get to level 47 you would pretty much have to play non-stop for 2 years straight.

going from level 1 to level 47 is nothing compared to going from level 50 to level 60 or anything after that ;)

As you can see, I don't play nonstop. It took me about a week of constant lotteries to get from level 34 to 47.
