This mod randomizes the size of each wasteland by the given amount. For example, if you set the +/- limit to 2, each wasteland will have its size changed by -2, -1, 0, +1, or +2 randomly when the game starts.
If the randomised size is less than 0, then the wasteland size is 0. If the randomised size is more than 100000 then the wasteland size becomes 100000. These are the smallest and highest allowed army sizes when making a custom scenario.
