I hate saying it a little, since the picture offends me as well, but the truth is yes: Freedom of speech applies to that as well.

However, freedom of speech isn't freedom from backlash. With all the clamor over the Confederate Flag being offensive there's no reason to spite somebody for protesting the picture OP posted.

I might like to add that 'freedom of speech' does not apply to privately owned businesses. In this case, Warlight's forum is privately owned by Fizzer.

I doubt 96% one of these threads could be carried on as a conversation (just looking at the most recent threads on the forum, only one seems to actually be able to be carried out as an actual conversation). I doubt your classmates argue strategical values of maps, or throw offensive terms and post suggestive pictures like the ones on the forum recently. You'd probably be perceived as insane, or at the least very idiotic.
