I think a graph of average boot number over last 45 days (where applicable) and next 45 days (where applicable) would work (so boots only apply for 90 days, but people can easily see trends)

No. Just no. You're now defeating half the purpose of boot rates.

Again, we just need to list more info than we do now. Such as a graph. Or another rate for the past 90 days.

I love playing 2vs2 RT games on rather big maps.
In the last 30 or so games I played 25 where 2vs1 from turn 1!!!
cause ppl joined them but seemed to have no intention to really play them thats why we need bootrates so we can exclude players like that.
sadly however most of these ppl where lvl 1 with a 0% bootrate....

Pretty sure open seat prerequisites can disclude lvl 1 players.

I don't know that they should expire. I would like to know, like hedja said. Also, it diminishes the people who take pride in not getting booted. I went like two years without a single boot, and I loved that %0 on my profile. Then I had a PC issue, got the blemish and now the %1 looks so much worse than %0 to me.

But I would like to see them separated by RT vs Multi Day.

I have some boots when my PC locked up, internet went down, or my phone goes in a dead zone while playing RT. It is vastly different than MD games with 3 day boot.

Games can be greatly improved with strict boot rate prerequisites. If any additional boot data is given (# or % booted in the last 100 days for example) I would hope additional prerequisite options for filtering by those numbers would be available as well.

I see no need for a change though. If you feel your boot tendency is unfairly represented by your past, you need to create a new account and proceed to get booted less often.

My boot rate is high because I lost access to the internet for a month and was booted from around 75 games. I am not going to "just start a new account".
