Here's what I think:

In order to decrease the amount of trash on the forum, its simple:

Divide the forums into more sections.

For example, General could be sub divided into:
Forum Discussion
Warlight Games
Announcements (where you could announce things Fizzer :D )

etc.

This would make all the forums less crowded, and allow people to more easily find relevant topics.

Another suggest is to give people the option to rent their own warlight forum.
Not sure how many (if any) people would do this, but some people, if they truly care about having decent talks with others, could possibley have the option to pay a monthly fee to rent their own forum. They would have the right to mod their forum, delete other peoples posts, and kick others from their forum.

Just some suggestions.

I find it ironic you are talking about decreasing trash when you just did this yesterday (instead of posting in the topic about it, you started a brand new one). It's not really worth it to divide the forums more than they already are, I'm betting that most people just hit the All button and view all posts at once. As there are not really that many posts on the forums, it's pretty easy to find what you are looking for.
