Honestly, I'm not annoyed. It's more amusing than anything else at this point. Also, people like victor getting hostile just encourage me to keep posting.

It is rather encouraging, helps to reveal people's nature when you argue.

i live in the USA, we are taught to be racist... laws, blatently racist laws are enacted, racist organizations are encouaged, we celebrate racist festivals. News reports insist on telling us if it was a black man or a white man who commited a crime. Racism is an American institution. Racism will never die until all people are regarded the same. I dont think that will ever happen in the USA and as such, im guessing we are all racist as thats how we are told it should be.
Honestly, how many of us say "i saw a man walking down the street" if he was black? The majority would say "i saw a black man walking down the street". Racism is alive and well and will continue to flourish

This is one instance where I agree with colonel. Describing a person by race does not make it racist, nor are americans taught to be racist. Those "racist festivals"? Celebrating diversity, because america used to be known as "the melting pot" for a reason.

I agree with Colonel and Lawlz. Isn't the whole point of diversity to embrace difference? We can't start making it racist to even acknowledge race.

I feel as if many people have lost sight of what racism really is and that just makes everything more complicated.
