Imo, all of you "Spam" Clans (as I like to call them) need a severe change in administration.
You ruin the purpose of Diplo clans (not precisely roleplaying clans) with politics that are heavily centralized but matter little to the average newcomer.

When you have 75+ Members in a Guild/Clan/Alliance, etc., you need a VERY decentralized system (this goes for any game with such a system) or else collapse is foreseeable and the Clan ceases to function properly and efficiently with purpose. For this reason, I hate Wolves as a whole, but often their fleets are the most decisive factor in WHO I hate.

Examples of how to administrate like this would be :
X Controls 5x people.
5x controls 10(5x) people.
2 for every 10(x) people are the last level of leadership.

This system is very efficient, as 4 people are each assigned to one guy, those 2 guys are assigned to a man and 5 of those men are under the direct rulership of the King, Emperor, Jew, w/e. (I love Base-5 Systems).

In the systems I see, it is an attempt to showcase uniqueness, but is mostly just as useless as the Roman Senate with the same effect the Roman Emperor had on the average farmer in Turkey during the 100s AD. There is no politics necessary in effective administration.

In summation, you Spam Clans need to shape up or ship out. You're not really a clan if your members aren't even sure who they should really listen to.

(that said, I'm in no real position to talk about proper administration WarLight-wise. I usually only garner around 15-40 players when I've made clans on WL(WZ) so I have no need for complex systems).

Administration in clans of this sort is for purely organizational purposes. There is no real power to be had, and you play diplomacy/whatever together.

The government that governs least, governs best.

Thank you genghis clans shouldn't be about the numbers of players but the quality of players, if you want to be a good clan you must have good leaders that can teach and also listen. Not spamming the forums and worrying about others clan, focus on your team and be a leader. Create a clan that is fun, exciting but also a challenge.

diplo clan players on the other hand cannot play diplo very well without practicing 1 vs 1 first
also in diplos its hard to track who's doing what each turn and to look back in history and check for our faults to improve

so i don't like the word diplo here.its an excuse for someone who can't say they're not good enough :P

btw,T4R plays role play,team games,1 vs 1,they have seasonal inter clan tournaments of 1 vs 1 and 2 vs 2 games
so don't you dare call them diplo clan!

we get called a diplo clan and we play more team games and 1v1's than diplos...

As a matter of fact, mr Ryiro, I take pride in the fact that I do not use lotteries to level up, I only use 1v1 games. I also regularly host various team games such as my notorious 2015 Ukraine Epic Team Game.
I do, however, enjoy the challenge of diplomacy as well as the skills and politics that brings with it.

Bullshit. Diplo requires knowing your opponent and who he will next attack, wich ally to betray and so on much more than actual fighting skills.
