If you enter orders but don’t commit before the boot time, your orders are committed (auto commit). You can enter orders while using a vacation. If you were to enter orders on a game that doesn’t honour vacation, would the auto commit break vacation?

I never tested this, but i assume WZ makes no difference between a normal commit and an auto-commit. So after the auto-commit, you have 1 hour till your vacation ends.

i dont get why people arent allowed to take turns in vacations. what if someone is taking a vacation for 2 weeks but may get a chance to play one or two days?

Idk, i think its intended to stop big games from taking forever (e.g. if 400 players take their 7 vacations of 10 days, the game will be stuck on the same turn for 28000 days or roughly 76,6 years). Since a vacation ends when you commit, it means you cant use your remaining vacation days to stall games you dont like, while still playing WZ.

However, the whole vacation system is a bit broken anyways, since there is such a high chance youre in a game that doesnt honour vacations, that you might as well not bother activating it at all....

I don't think it does auto-commit if you're on vacation, but I can test if you like - I'm currently on vacation, I'll chuck in some orders in a game I don't care about and see what happens 🤣
Edit: checked a game that I'd already put orders in for, it's past boot time - so yeah I don't think it does auto-commit while on vacation

I was only in one of those and I got booted, but I don't know if I put any orders in
