3. why is an unlimited member walrus clan concerned about some bottom-feeding free cw win-hunting clan?

How about you stop making it your identity to be a bottom feeder at the game and instead just learn how to play? You might want to look at what the top 1v1 ladder players are doing, read my guide (http://nghood.com/pages/warzone/strategyguide) and perhaps stop only playing lottos. It is not necessarily completely simple to learn the actual game but then again also not like that hard, although this depends on the individual.

#1-2 There are no alts participating in our Clan Wars. If you can prove that same Harmony player uses 2+ accounts for Clan Wars, we will report him to mods and kick him. This is a disgraceful behavior and cannot be tolerated if we want to have a fair competition.
#3 Rules are equal to everyone and tolerance of cheating only serves to motivate more cheating in the future. If we want to prevent things from escalating further, we need to deal with cheating as soon as possible.
#4 Our Clan Wars participation is optional. Our primary objective is to provide fun for our players and not to make them feel like they're working a 2nd job. We do not advertise as Clan Wars exclusive clan. We have dozens of tournaments getting made all the time, multiple clan games and events and we also participate in Clan League. Most of our players prefer multiday format games over real time ones.

Now back to my questions:
#1 How related are Good News and FTW! clans? Do they both have the same leader?
#2 Do your clans have any alts within them? Do your players share their passwords?
#3 Why did between ~100 last games of FTW! Vs. Good News, 99% of them ended in boots/surrenders?
#4 Is either FTW! or Good News trying to boost each other's rating by playing against each other?
#5 Why have I not seen a single FTW! and Good News 2v2 game go past the picking phase?
#6 If you choose random targets to fight, you should target same clans about the same amount of times. There are dozens of weak clans, a decent amount of them play rather frequently, but you only played most of your games against 4 of them, most of games being played rather against Le Furie Azzure or KILL 'EM ALL?
#7 Do you believe that your way of approach is the intended way of play? Did Fizzer intend clans to behave this way when he first made Warzone?
#8 Do you have any connections to Really Right https://www.warzone.com/Clans/?ID=747 clan? Are there any other clans that you're related to?
#9 How did you meet players without clan in this tournament https://www.warzone.com/MultiPlayer/Tournament?ID=54049 Are those players real people or are they alts?
#10 Is getting booted or surrendering on 1st turn an official strategy of your clan? Do you intentionally try to play against each other (FTW Vs Good News) to further increase your amount of wins?

So far NONO has answered 0 of my questions.

The facts are still facts and if mods find sufficient proof of your wrong doings, you're still getting suspended for it. It is in your best interest to explain why you and your clans are innocent, failure to do so will only give mods more reason to issue a more severe punishment for you.

We already are where we want to be. We're happy and that's the most important thing.

You do realize that making accusations requires proof? Being an alt is also is not against rules, what is against rules is an use of alt to gain unfair advantage in Warzone competitions.

Mods need time to make up their mind and they want to do a full investigation of their own before coming to a conclusions. There's ~50 accounts involved, so the whole process might take time. At the moment there's a mountain of evidence showcasing your guilt and you have said very little to defend yourself against it. It's probably because it's impossible to defend against some of the evidence presented in this thread and that's why you're ignoring my questions.

(deleted) Level 58 Report	i have respect for Polish Eagles. Occasionally we play against members of your clan. But ... if your 93 members were a bit more active you could and should easily be able to make #9 or better in cw. you would deserve it more than FDC.

(deleted) Level 58 Report	my goodness! if you and your clanmates would spend half the time you invested in this sort of "detective research" playing cw games you would probably be #1 by now. btw: we also play qm games, not only cw. you should be able to find the data using your ToS breaking data sources (fivesmith database?)

Just a technicality, if one is the walrus the other one has to be the oyster. Otherwise the metaphor goes out the window. And good luck finding a window large enough for a walrus.

On a related note I believe the walrus/oyster terminology was actually coined by NONO, and though some things in FTW might be sketchy, I am grateful for this at least.

Your Clan Wars games are publicly available on Clan Wars page.
You go to there, then you go to list of all seasons, then check the season of your choice and click the "G" next to the desired clan. You'll get all the games this way. Going through your games didn't take that long, it was only ~1000 real games and ~1000 Free Wins. It takes about a minute to log a game and it's easy to log them all fast when you got multiple people helping you.

I hide my winrate, because I don't care how high or low it is. I prefer to be judged by the merit of my current play and not by my average winrate of 1+ year of playing.

You'll have to figure out on your own how to hide your flag. I got no interest in helping likely frauds and cheats to hide their identities. I do not want to make it easier for you to evade suspensions on your future accounts.

LND Level 60 Report	Okay this seems like way too much effort put into what clearly doesn't matter that much. But, because you seem willing to put in the effort, did you guys include any control clans? I.e. do the same analysis, but for a few other clans that get similar CW results to FTW and GN, but aren't suspected of being alts?
