A few suggestions:

Kaliningrad-> Kaliningrad Oblast

Cyprus is not in NATO.

Britain -> Great Britain. Scotland is often not seen as part of Britain.

The border between Periféria Stereás Elládhas and Évvoia is not too obvious on the map itself.

Your list of changed connections is incomplete. Some connections that were removed (Croatia-Hungary, something in Romania) are missing.

Vitebsk Oblast is for some reason put as Polatsk while all the others in Belarus have the correct names, maybe fix that too while you're on it
