This Crap happened to me several times now.
- wanting to earn Coins in Quickgames with specific templates
- check button "wager coins"
- nevermind when playing Idle Arena
- loose Coins

I hate this. Pls make a difference between Arena and Quickmatch!

Yes, its not a bug per se, but absolutely an unwanted side effect.

Cant force users to play a coin game without giving them the option to opt-out. Most people have coins cause they bought them with real money, and losing them like this is not acceptable.

I signaled it to Fizzer at the last AMA saying it was weird that this happens. He agreed coined arena games were weird and that you could go to your quickmatch settings to change the coin thing before playing arenas.

Now to be fair my post just pointed out that it was weird and didn't make the argument for changing it, maybe doing so in the next AMA or on uservoice could be more successful, especially since it doesn't look like a major change and I can't imagine anyone arguing the opposite side.

In my mind and as was pointed out by KarlJohnson the main and pretty much only point is that you can choose templates in QM, whereas you cannot do so in arenas, therefore your coin settings should refer to those templates and not a random 2v2 arena as the worst example.

Another good feature to add would be default disabling new templates when you checked the wager coin box.
Everytime I unlock a new template I forget to disable it and get unwillingly forced to play a game with this template. No big deal, I just surrender. But imagine this is a coin game for a template you just have unlocked and forgot to disable because unlocking new templates happens so infrequently.

Fizzer posted hints on the forum that this feature will be added to the next update! Still will have new templates enabled by default to make sure new players dont get stuck on SEAD forever, but at least you can opt-out now!
