Not only I didn't get my picks in that game, but when I killed his commander, he somehow eliminated me. I also wasn't able to move my commander. Pls ban him!

Swap picks does not support commanders. So I think you attacked your own commander, and killed it. lol

EDIT: Not that it really can support them, seeing as mods can't move commanders.

Can confirm after testing. In short, he didn't cheat, you killed yourself.

and sure, it's fine to say Swap Picks doesn't support Commanders

but it's more accurate to say that WZ doesn't accurately represent its Commanders so that you can change ownership of the territory it resides on (swapping the pick) & allow the other player to control the commander's movement & make attacks with it while still not changing the actual ownership of the commander itself and more importantly who loses when it dies

so commanders dont support swap picks then

but we're on it, we're working on it as I speak / type
