devil's advocate: What value would a Switch port have that mobile doesn't already get? Both have large markets of casuals, people who have Switches almost invariably also have smartphones, and it's hard to imagine who'd pick up the game on Switch who hasn't already on mobile. Why would Switch expand the playerbase beyond what mobile has?

Smartphones are mainly used for calling and work related stuff. Yes many play games on them, but its main purpose is not gaming unlike the Switch, which is dedicated for gaming. Also, the Switch has sold over 100M units. Why shouldn't Fizzer try to take advantage of the high playerbase?

mmm I'd support this but Nintendo probably takes too much of a cut.

I think they also take a 30% cut like Google and Apple do. Pretty sure only Microsoft takes a 12% cut, and maybe Steam, but the rest take 30%.
