Hello. I've been away for a few months. Last I remember, Super Ascension made some Advancements pointless since the critical path would be to Super Ascend. Has this been addressed in any of the latest updates?

Don't know in which way "Super Ascension made some Advancements pointless" (perhaps you could further elaborate on this statement?!?), but I'm pretty sure that nothing changed in regards to super-ascension since it got introduced.

In the sense that the main goal would be to get 134K AP as fast as possible. And the fastest way to do this is to forego some advancements.

For me it's been a race between getting the next legendary and hitting the ap requirement as I won't throw away epics. The two requirements do not seem to be that far apart from one another so far.

This has always been the case since idle was released. Super ascension just added a clear end AP target to hit.

Anything that doesnt speed you up one way or another, should be forego: extra ore production, visibility, etc.
