Well you found a nice game scenario to join and then when the game started figured out that the host add a crappy slot and changed your slot to that really crappy slot (1 territory instead of 100), the reason is that I don't want to click on external link outside warzone (is this even allowed?!) to read many pages of additional rules...

This I find really unfair and it seems impossible to report anything in the app and also on the site.
So I'm not only upset for the creator of the game Yamada Sergata, but also on the difficulty to report these corrupt players.

Best I can do is blocklist him, but I think it is good to report him here. So watch out for his games

Both have the responsibility.
On your side, why would you join a game that isn't normal diplo or what you have played, and then not wanting to read the rules when the title literally referred it as another gameplay type?
On the host's side, if I were him I would add some disclaimer for them to consider twice and read the rules before joining. Taking action without precaution is his main fault, I can notice.

This is not the Situation.
You just decided to join a game with rules. AKA in order for everyone to have a good time it is required that everyone follows said rules.
You chose to not read the rules and stay in the game being in the process incredibly selfish and potentially ruining the game for everyone else.
The host, who probably deals with people like you every game, moved you to a slot where you do less damage to the overall game

After which you complained about totally unjustified, went to the forum and made some "is this cheating?" claim despite him having done absolutly nothing wrong.
[He only used tools provided by the game, which in this case was changing other players Slots]
And you didnt even decide to take the 2 seconds to go to the settings and see if its a practice or ranked game. It is a practice game aka him "cheating" a win wouldnt gain him anything anway.
He's probably even glad you blocked him because you are unable to play games with rules. Or rules that require you to open a link...

It shouldn't be possible to change slots if not requisted for.
BTW I was been able to follow the rules in the warzone discription in the game, but not the additional pages in a document somewhere else. btw there are mods for diplomacy

Well I would blame you like any other, but there is way better ways on adding additional rules. Sure adding exterior files is a plausible option, and you can click on it on mobile, the template maker should make it VERY CLEAR the rules in the document are of utmost importance.

Yes. Let's make a mod, something only a WZ user can use, to solve an already solved problem.

What do you find impossible about the report system? Go to the game, select the player from the side bar, click Report and fill in the details on the webpage.

I've read the quick rules and the scenario, its a very big font size, so neither of the documents had that much text in them. I've copied all 3 documents (scenario, quick rules, full rules) and pasted them in a word file, it had a total of about 25 pages:

Scenario: 2 pages

Quick rules: 2 pages

Full rules: 20 pages
Most of them being the full rules, that can be used more as a lookup when needed than as a full read. I supposes its subjective how many pages is "many", but given how much time goes into a diplo, reading 4 pages shouldnt be that much of a problem.

Host isnt a member, so no mods for him. Besides that, once you start inviting non-members to modded games, the host has to pay additional coins for all players in the game. So making modded games is rather expensive. And even if the host had enabled mods, its impossible to write a new mod that specifically implements the rules of a special diplo, cause thats just too much effort for 1 game.

If you dont want to click links for whatever reason, thats fine, but please dont join games that require you to click links, only to then complain about it in the forums. After you told the host that you didnt want to read the rules, you were then told this game wasnt for you, but you stayed in the game regardless of that.
If anyone is to blame, its you. You made yourself PE before the game even started, and I'm sure that makes you a prime candidate for the blocklist of all players in that game.
