You need to unlock the Phase 5 Advancement "Advance UI Scrolling" to stop the dig panel from resetting the scroll point.

I've turned everything off, but i'm still missing settings to disable:
  • mortars
  • arenas
  • digs
  • powers

    So if those could be added a.s.a.p. that would be greatly appreciated ...
