Hey everyone, I was wondering if someone could give me some guidance on a good clan to join. I have looked at some of the clans but I really can't tell which ones are good. I would like a clan that does competitions and one that I could learn in. Thanks for your help.

Do you prefer strategic settings games, team games, or diplo games? (Obviously a person can enjoy more than one type of games, but what type would you like the focus of your clan to be?)

You can tryout for my clan but REGL, VIW, {101st}, or Warlighters would probably be a good clan for you to start in for competative play or having a firm active community. Incognito and Illuminati could also be good options but I know little about them. If you prove successful in the above clans then better players from maybe WG, Apex, or WM may contact you to join them.

@ Dr. Stupid: I like to play in strategic game 1v1 or team are all good, though I don't have much experience with team games. I haven't really played diplo games.

@ The Turtle: I will look at the clans you suggested. So I guess WG, Apex, and WM are some of the super competitive clans?

Yes I would say they are the elite of any competitive clan. My clan is competitive.... I'm a very competitive person and wants to play in every event but my clan likes moderation ;)

My own clan focuses on team play for our official clan activities (although plenty of our members do many other activities on their own time.

Appalachin Warlight Federation is a fun wrestling themed clan that is actively growing and focuses mainly on 1v1 2v2 competitive play, (but they don't insist on a high skill level to join)

Illuminati is probably not a great option. You could pursue membership, but they have really tightened up their requirements, so it's actually quite difficult to get in now.

Warlighters might be a good option for you as well or the freedom fighters.

Our page lists our standards, so you can tell what we are looking for. Unfortunately without any official ranking system it is hard for new people to know what clans are elite or not. Our page states that but many do not and you'd have to check lots of clan pages anyway.

Aside from the really bad grammar, I thought that you said, in another thread, that you check the forums often. Did I mishear? Or did you just contradict yourself?

@ Zappyelf, if you have a look at the above information (preferably from Dr. Stupid or The Turtle, you should be able to find the right clan for you.

I will join ANY rp clan. I want a clan high in members, average in ranking, and preferably with a in-clan ranking system...

Unfortunately, I can't give you a lot of information on RP clans, but....

I hear LN and EU are both good options. I think the Lost Wolves bill themselves as an RP clan also, but they seem to be going through some internal turmoil at the moment, so I'm not sure how stable it is...
