Is it possible to have it highlighted when random move order is in the game settings rather than normal cycle?

Is it possible to have the amount of starting armies in the settings summary (the thing before full settings)?
It is far more important information than for example "wastelands exists in the game".

Why not just add an option to highlight every setting?

The defaults can stay as is, and if users want to customize it they have full control.

@JK: There was a way to control highlighted settings. Was it purged in the cleanup of 'unused' configuration options?
