So we were fighting against one of the biggest game manufacturers out there
And then Microsoft bought it
And now we are fighting against a massive conglomerate that is responsible for 40 years of operating systems, an entire console series, a browser that is replacing their old browser which is running for 25+ years, and now one of the biggest manufacturers out there

And we are just an indie game developed by one beardy guy

Activision is still the same legal entity, so nothing changes regarding the lawsuit.

Microsoft might even decide to renegotiate with Fizzer to limit the legal problems they are buying.
