I wish there was just a discount on coins, like when the lawsuit thingy happened. You get to phase 4 and you have more multi levels than you can stand. Any update on that lawsuit btw?

@Tulsi: Nothing decisive. I doubt we get another discount coin bundle out of it. They're kind of fighting about everything now.
Activision is suing Warzone (asking for declaratory relief that they're not violating any WZ trademarks, and for the WZ trademark for themselves), Warzone is suing Activision (asking for $ for using the word "warzone," to force Activision to rename their game, and also the WZ trademark for themselves- i.e., Warzone is suing Activision for the stuff most people think Activision is suing Warzone for, and Activision is just suing to have the court tell Warzone to go away). Activision filed a motion to dismiss the lawsuit from Warzone and to end both cases in their favor, which the court is still deciding upon.
There is now also a fight over the case proceeding to discovery (the evidence-gathering phase, which is where legal costs rack up). Warzone wants to move along while the motion is still being decided (this is typical) and has asked Activision for a bunch of documents and financial information. Activision thinks (per their filings) that this is just a cheap trick to rack up hundreds of thousands in costs for them, to try and get them to settle for a higher amount on a (from their perspective) meritless case that's just trying to milk them for money. So they're asking the court to stay discovery until after the motion to dismiss gets decided upon, because if they win on the motion to dismiss there is no case left to have discovery for. (Asking for a discovery stay when there's a pending motion to dismiss is also typical.)
So now there's two pretty important motions for the judge to think about.
The parties, or at least Activision, have gotten increasingly contentious. In their latest filings, they're quite upfront about claiming Warzone is just trying to abuse the legal system and create bad PR for them through misleading statements to try and shake them down for cash for using a common English word. And of course Warzone has also alleged bad faith on Activision's part since the get-go. So it's getting spicier but not really more exciting cause it's been moving so slow and is currently in mostly limbo.

WZI indeed has lots of P2W elements, which is great because it helps generating income to run the website (and deal with lawsuits) without adding any P2W to Classic. Below is a conversation in the official discord server back in March, involving Fizzer himself:
Someone said: "I like the idea of idle but it doesn't feel right after playing classic and that whole against pay to win thing. Now idle doesn't force you to but the whole idea is to buy coins and expedite your painfully slow progress, and then mixing the achievements and introducing the icon on same screen and all.."
I replied: "That makes Idle a good game: It being a spin-off pay-to-win component so the site can generate enough income to continue supporting the non-pay-to-win classic part."
Fizzer himself replied to my comment: "Exactly. There were basically two options: Make idle or add ptw to classic. People who advocate against Idle don't seem to understand the alternative they are advocating for."
