So… I have a hypothetical question for a friend who is another letter of the alphabet that goes by “I”.

“I” Super-Ascended because “I” felt that waiting 2 months of doing nothing to get an Insane was less desirable than going back with 3 Legendaries. Who knows if it is the better choice, but “I” can actually enjoy Idle again.

Because “I” was dumb, “I” opened his post Super-Ascended game in the App. Now “I” is concerned that he wiped all of his AP and did not get credit for Super-Ascend. When “I” opens Idle in the browser, he gets the message for the new levels:

This level is only available after you Super Ascend.

This leaves “I” concerned that he wiped everything for nothing, and the record of Super-Ascend was wiped.

Can any other brave/foolish soul confirm that this is normal before “I” crawls to Fizzer in hopes that it can be fixed?

“I” didn’t do it intentionally. Forgot about open Idle vs Classic.

“I” reached out to Fizzer who waved his magic wand. “I” went back through time a couple days to before Super-Ascending. “I” is much wiser from the experience and will be much more patient in the future.

“I” is very appreciative of Fizzer’s help.

1 more piece of evidence showing that Fizzer does actually care and does the right thing when it's appropriate.

Btw Z after SA do you start at Tutorial and do a normal ascanscion aswell or do you keep the progress of the ascanscion?

Word is that everything resets to when you first started playing the game with the exception of the 2 artifacts + whatever permanent rewards you selected when Super Ascending.
