I have 2 questions regarding skip levels that I would like to know: 1. Are there any SA levels besides 30y war where the skip level power are easily accessible? 2. On 30y war, i counted 4 skip levels that are easily accessible. Strelna, Ruba, Dijon & Gex. Did I missed out any other skip levels?

1. Hex (obviously). You can do 7y war for SL too (it is the 3.67B "Bermuda" territory inside the circular thingy in the Atlantic Ocean IIRC), but it takes far longer to reach there and requires maxed P4. Don't forget there are 2x8=16 SL in HEH as well. 2. Farther powers are automatically moved closer to the start to fill the empty spots where you have already claimed a power twice, so you really only care about getting access to one power in a level. I usually just claim the one near St. Petersburg in 30y war which you can reach in like 3 minutes by cache surfing.

Thank you to both PkmX and geforce. I didn't know that farther powers are automatically moved closer to the start to fill the empty spots. That's great to know.
Well, I have depleted the SLs in Hex.

I'm sure the lack of updates has been telling, but I think I'm done with Idle, or at least with SAing. I did end up making an Insane CB in SA43, which I needed to wait 3 days to start before the fodder for it was ready, during which I was digging for more fodder. Initially I planned to SA after the Insane CB started upgrading, then I planned to SA after I found all of the artifact bases I was planning on upgrading soon, and then I eventually just never SAed. I did dig out all of Hex, buy all the techs for it and fill a whole lot of CRAs though.
At this point, Idle is too close to active, yet still mostly waiting. It was getting too intrusive to play optimally. Progress from further SAs has slowed a ton and further Insane artifacts feel marginal at best. Although it wasn't planned, I am pleased to stop at 42 SAs.
I had prepared the following to post after completing SA43, but I think with that officially not being planned anymore, now seems as good a time as any.

This SA I hit the necessary AP in comfortably under 3 days. A big part of that came from the realization that FL could be comfortably done with L1 hospitals and likewise for FH. Each of those revelations shaved off over an hour per level. I hadn't run the numbers on either because moving to L1 hospitals is a bigger jump than going to L2, as there's no slack time to pick up drafts in and I wasn't expecting it to be practical. But, then I was running the numbers on FL right after I started the hospital upgrade and realized that there was no point in waiting and boom, it worked. Incidentally, this L1 surprise does allow for +%AP to be useful for a bit longer still, as it helps to bring down the drafts needed on FL and FH (which were comfortably draft free at L2).
Despite all of the above, I ended up lingering for awhile at the end. A couple things contributed to this, first of all, WZIB dropped a rare IM in my lap for 4th. Second of all, with no remaining slack Rares I was faced with the option of either upgrading or foddering my Rare SC, neither of which I liked as SC is helpful but for now rarities of it above Rare make essentially no difference. The other side of that coin was to potentially fodder the Rare IM, which I also didn't love as I was planning to use the Legendary IM to cook my upcoming Insane CB, and the Rare makes for a good replacement to bring back up to Legendary again. I was also staring down the gun of having zero slack Rares and thus being dig bottlenecked on future SAs very soon and also wondering when exactly I should make my Insane CB.
With that in mind, I decided to start my Insane CB cook on this SA, as it'll free up some slots and lets me save the Rare SC. Additionally, as my Legendary OV was still upgrading for almost 3 more days, it would allow some time to dig and fill out some new slack Rares and replacement artifacts for the ones I foddered. With roughly 30k spare AP at the end, I was able to dump a bunch into WZIB oriented upgrades and plow into the 3200 BP Rare with relative ease as well, which is something I haven't done for a long time. Before hitting this point, I already had a pair of HBs ready to serve this purpose, although when I found another TMB, I pivoted away from foddering the Legendary HB and instead used the Legendary TMB. Another OV also came to me fairly quickly, leaving only the ACD missing, and 3/4 isn't bad.
I also did some calculating and I can probably drop L3 hospitals from both China and SoF with Insane CB... when it finally finishes upgrading.

The "hump" before Mercs get cheap and plentiful is definitely decreasing, but still is a little slow around Sengoku. Slow being relative, the time of an artifact cooldown.

13th Super, Artifact Slot - 6 extra slots, 175% AP - Small update, Hard Peloponnesian was added to the permanent skip list, had to pick another Slot to avoid trashing Epics in the future, but the Rares and everything else goes right in the trash, I really despise digging and waiting for digs. In the future I won't dig for artis to upgrade, whatever I get from wzib, I get. Right now only 3 levels need a second hospital upgrade, I'm a Legendary HB away from bringing that list down to 1 (EH) and a Legendary TS to bring it to zero. Power consumption has stabilized and there's enough for over 100+ SAsc, since the rate is going to go down even further. I always used the powers I needed without 'saving it for later', I even used TW every time I didn't need to take drafts, but still there's just tons of powers left and I guess I'll leave most of them on the maps. Thanks to krinid for the great advice some time ago, I will give the same to everyone else: use your powers, you need them now more than you'll need them later. With a Legendary IM coming online in SAsc 14, the 1/2 IM Hex route will finally open up. I've been on the 1 IM route since SAsc 8. I already tried the Plateu route to Hex, it's easy and will cover for the only power I'll ever run out of, SL.
