Wow how are some of you doing like a third or fourth SA with insane artifacts? Isn't that a year of digging even with advancements and CW speeds?

@ShadowHawk, as far as I know, mostly only the first wave of players made insanes by digging. Things have changed since better strategies have been found.

Re: Shadowhawk yes if someone has insane artifacts that early, it means they spent a lot of time digging, or bought an artifact.

I'm about to do my 5th SA, and I will have 5 Legendary Artifacts, so I could upgrade one to insane on my next one, though I'd sacrifice other artifacts

Some people took a LONG time to do their first SA, so have more artifacts to start with.

i actually had enough AP to SA a few months ago. but I held onto it until I could upgrade my artifacts because I didn't want to lose them

I have 2 questions regarding skip levels that I would like to know:
1. Are there any SA levels besides 30y war where the skip level power are easily accessible?
2. On 30y war, i counted 4 skip levels that are easily accessible. Strelna, Ruba, Dijon & Gex. Did I missed out any other skip levels?

1. Hex (obviously). You can do 7y war for SL too (it is the 3.67B "Bermuda" territory inside the circular thingy in the Atlantic Ocean IIRC), but it takes far longer to reach there and requires maxed P4. Don't forget there are 2x8=16 SL in HEH as well.
2. Farther powers are automatically moved closer to the start to fill the empty spots where you have already claimed a power twice, so you really only care about getting access to one power in a level. I usually just claim the one near St. Petersburg in 30y war which you can reach in like 3 minutes by cache surfing.

Great advice from PkmX, I had no idea powers moved closer.
I'd like to add that farming powers works best AFTER you already completed your run. In other words, you "recharge" your SL powers when you're ready to superascend, this way you minimize the time spent farming for those levels where advancements are required to quickly reach the powers you want to farm.
