It is locked to prevent players with no experience from making horrible scenarios on accident that cause unplayable games.

Instead, it now unlocks once players have enough experience to know how to make the worst scenarios on purpose.

Which means it wants people to learn how to make custom scenarios well before level 47?

iirc custom scenarios unlock earlier in SP than in MP. The level 47 is for scenarios in MP. I dont know what the level requirement is for SP.

Even I can, although I didn't finish a single SP game.

Apparently it unlocked at lvl 1 then, i guess my memory is foggy...

111 didn't give up warzone after learning about custom scenarios injustice.

The custom scenarios is not injustice, but the main thing making me quit WZ is that the responses towards me in the first replies are really toxic.

Ignore toxicity, you can't escape it as long as you continue using the internet. And some of them aren't actually toxic, just in jest.

But there are enough legit people/responses to balance out. Like JK.

As for the original question ... well, it's a F2P game, so having to level up to do some things while still being free is to be expected.

But you're at L41 now, so not much farther before you can make your own.

Agreed. After knowing it is leveled up to 47 to unlock custom scenarios I worked hard to do so. Toxicity is okay with me, but just like, no one needs to put me in the middle of the conversation. I ain't no celebrity.
