Diplo games are not API-queryable and I can't think of a non-ToS-breaking way to get this data. You could manually sample games (game IDs increment by 1) and check for the proportion of diplo games, but this would be onerous because diplo games are very rare compared to QM games (so most of your manual sampling would just be QM games) and incomplete because you would just not see deleted diplo games.

....was this just a sneaky ad for a diplo game? lol

if you gather all the games throw away anything that has less than 10 players and then filter for what has " diplo" in the title
