Nice list, but way too biased towards ME WR era-players. The world of WL strategy has progressed a lot since then, and the general bar for what's considered good has risen up. It's fair to include someone like szeweningen and Qi, since those have been like gods and grandfathers of the WL strategy, but if we talk all time, then what MoD or Deadman achieved over the years has overshadowed basically anything from the pre WL 3.0 era, and folks like AI, Buns, or Rufus, aren't much worse. On this list I'd easily swap out Gnuffone and JSA (all respect for creating Clan Leagues and 101st though!) for rakleader and Beren, for example.

I agree with Buns. New Players would kick the old players handily enough.

To me, top greatest players of all time are not equivalent to top players if they were put in a competition at this moment. A more reasonable list consists of top 3 players in 2008, 2009, ..., 2021. Since some names may occupy top 3 in multiple years, we may end up with a list of 20 or so players at the end.
